I was both satisfied and dissatisfied. I was treated courteously, respectfully, and professionally. My auto had several problems, the primary one causing my visit was corrected satisfactorily. One that was subsequently discovered during the visit I chose not to repair at this time. The other however, the one that had cause my "check engine" light to come on prior to the loss of power that caused my visit, left the proverbial "bad taste in my mouth." Apparently the #2 glow plug had "failed" and caused the CEL. I was told I needed to replace the glow plugs and wiring harness. It was apparent that the service history had not been checked as those items were replaced approximately 14 months ago. When I pointed this out it was acknowledged that "probably the harness would not need to again be replaced." I then asked about the warranty on such repairs and was told it was one year or 12,000 miles. It had obviously been over 1 year, but the car had been driven a total of less than 1500 miles! I would have thought it to be a relatively obvious gesture to offer to pay for the labor to replace the one failing glow plug that was likely "instructed" to glow maybe 30 times since it was installed! In any case, you guys do good work but not always "smart" work.

Great place to buy a car. Profesional and helpful people that guide you though the car purchasing process. We ended up buying a car the same day because of the great and honest deal and their interest to have our business.

Service was friendly and professional. Mr. Grimes is an outstanding credit to Nalley Automotive. My only concern is that even though left front parking light is functioning, display light indicates otherwise.
