Good experience scheduling service and service advisor providing me good and relevant information about the services needed - he also helped make sure all my car details got loaded properly in the system (for some reason although I bought the car from the same dealership my car info wasn't loaded). Only negative part of my experience was that I had to leave the car overnight due to short staffing and would have been good to know when I scheduled or possibly schedule it for another day to avoid that. I was informed of that possibility when I dropped off my car but was too late to change plans at that point.

Super friendly staff, informative, and courteous! Service center was very busy which is awesome (Love to see businesses surviving after Covid-19) but disappointed that even though I “booked” an appointment for oil change that it took more than 24hours later for my car to be ready. I’ll come back just because the staff was so nice, but car wasn’t even washed... seems like an awful long time for an oil change.

It appears that all problems were identified and compently corrected. Considerable work was needed on the front end, but afterwand it drove like a different car, worthy of the Brand's exhaulted reputation. I was kept informed throughout the repair process and treated with consideration, fairness and courtesy.

Robert was of great help . He was thorough in his options for what we needed for the service of our Jetta. We appreciate his honesty!
