Everyone was very helpful and my car was finished quickly. I was updated through text which was great. I put a lot of miles on my car so I get it serviced usually twice a year, I am always able to get in and out quickly and with no problems.

The services requested were accomplished in an acceptable amount of time, and were priced according to what I have been advised of. While higher than what I would have liked, I realize the overheads at a Dealership probably exceed what you would find at a strictly service location. One thing that I found out after I had left the Dealership, and that I was very disappointed with, was the omission to check the Air Pressure in my tires while they were being rotated. The check tire Icon came on after I arrived home. I discovered that all four tires were at least 10 psi below the recommended pressure, according to the Owner's Manual. Added pressure to the tires and reset the Icon (didn't know that you could do that without a visit to the Dealership, but I do now!). Don't understand how that could be missed, but that is a glaring oversight.

I just purchased a 2020 Bentley Flying Spur, the first in Atlanta. Greg Mabry and Sid Barron were very helpful, informative, and responsive throughout the entire process. My vehicle was delayed due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Greg kept me updated on a weekly basis as to the status of my car. Sid made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. I take delivery on my car next week. I am counting down the days! Great job guys!!!!
