I had a very good overall experience. I was shopping for my 16 year old daughters first car and was very interested in all aspects of my purchase. My sales person Andrew Crum was very patient and knowledgeable on VW products. I was able to get the price and financing I was looking for quickly with the help of the Sales Manager. The process was very easy and quick. The dealership was also very helpful setting up the purchase a surprise for my daughter. The car was detailed sitting in the showroom with a big red bow and a "sold" sign on the car. After Andrew showed her features of the car he handed her the keys with her name on it. It made for a memory my family will never forget. It was a perfect day.

Sales team was good. I brought the car back to the dealership for the cleanup and detail Monday because I had bought it so late the previous week. The detailing team did not do a good job. The car still has transportation wrap on it and the interior of the windshield was not clean. There was still shipping material on the front seatbelts.
