We give 5 stars to the service part of the operation, however, management only gets 1 – and that's because there is no option for 0 stars. Nothing personal. The fact is that they are entitled and dismissive to their customers. They treat us like we are something they are entirely meant to avoid.

My service experience was great

We had a very good experience buying a used car from Nalley. We had a long test drive and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and all the accessories. We thought the price was fair and there was no high pressure. They even delivered the car to us. Overall, an excellent experience.
