Great customer service and lounge area. Didn't take as long as I thought it would. I scheduled an appointment on the website for the same day and didn't realize the time slot was within a half hour of when I was booking the appointment. Was no problem at all!

When I called, I was told that Chris R. would not be there and I should ask for Chad. When I got there Chad was not there but Chris R. was. Chris got my car in even with the mixup.
