I had a great experience with Chad. He answered all my calls and texts and was super helpful/patient/kind. However ,when I picked up my car another gentleman was there who was a lot less friendly and had no idea what had been done to my car when I asked. Also, my car was completely on empty when I left. Which was disappointing after I filled up the loaner car with a full tank.

Nalley VW has made what is usually an arduous and objectionable process actually enjoyable. The sales staff was courteous, professional, and responsive, and even the dealership management made us feel at home. We’ve purchased our last two vehicles there, and will likely return should we need another.

Overall experience was very good. Issues with detailing on delivery detracted however. Car was clean inside and out but sticker residue remained on interior driver's door and stickers covering electric windows (from tinting) remained. Front passenger tire was also flat (20 lbs of pressure).

Everything went as planned.
