I do not live in GA. Suzanne has always been a pleasure to deal with. She has always understood my needs and has not made me uncomfortable owning a car living in SC while there is no dealership in my state.

Everything was great! If I had to look for something negative, it would be the absence of a loaner program. It would be nice to try out your latest products while waiting on service. If you’re renting cars for travelers now, seems you could also offer this to your local owners who’ve owned multiple cars for decades.

I took my car for a coolant leak, however, after running a diagnostic test many more issues were discovered. In only having the car a year, I was not happy as a Volkswagen owner but the work was completed in a great way. Thank you!

Chris Rogers was very helpful with assisting me. The work was done and explained to me in a way I understood. I was listed the repairs that were in dire need of being fixed and the repairs that were needed, but were in able to wait some time before being done. Based off that I was able to calculate the importance of each repair and make a total decision when choosing my repairs and seeing the estimate quote for the repairs. Chris is a above and beyond staff member, and the service is well beyond my expectations! I will definitely be returning for routine checkups and repairs in the future.

Although the problem in my car was not rectified right away (it took a couple of days), the staff was really friendly and professional, they kept me updated throughout the process. I would take my car back to Nalley's service department any time.

Despite arriving without an appointment, the service group was able to fit me in to repair a fuel system issue. They completed the work including the first 10k maintenance and delivered the vehicle clean inside and out. They were respectful of my time and gave reasonably accurate estimates of when the work would be completed. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their VW serviced!
