Service Manager was perfect, the service was late . I brought my car at 8am there and asked for a 4pm pick up. Actual pick up was at 4.35pm or so. It wouldn't be a problem if in the morning it was told to come to 4.30pm. Thanks!

Service and concern was outstanding.

We recently purchased a 2018 Tiguan for our newly licensed daughter so this was my first visit to Nalley VW. Our associate, Robert, was awesome! He went above and beyond keeping me informed and addressed the issues, which were under warranty, and even fixed another small problem that the service crew found while working on the car! I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and should we have any issues going forward, I know they will take great care of us!

I had an issue with my new 2019 Jetta running lights that had dimmed. I made an appointment and it went seamlessly. Nalley Volkswagen took my car, replaced the running lights (covered by my warranty), washed, and vacuumed it all within a few hours. Greatly appreciate their help and service.
