The service and courtesy was very good. I do have one suggestion. I had requested that my Car Net be reactivated and they did not know anything about this until I called car net. It seems if the system is not in use it goes to sleep and I have to go to the dealer and have it provisioned again. It does seem like this type of service could be turned on and off much like the sirus system is done. But it requires another trip to the dealer to wait for them to activate.

I am quite happy with the service performed on my Flying Spur last week. I was met with courtesy and friendliness by everybody I encountered and the work was done quickly and professionally. The one and only criticism I have is for the electronic chime on the showroom door as I find that sound quite irritating. I suggest a wireless sensor that triggers a real and mellow sounding bell chime. Everything else in a Bentley is real. Why lessen the experience from the get go?
