The start of a holiday weekend and battery problems are not at the top of the wish list. A phone call to your Service Department and Kris Alden at the other end of the line telling me she would work me in to a crowded Saturday work schedule, that eased my mind. From the minute I checked in with Kris she was professional and assuring that my car would be taken care of. Kris delivered and I was soon driving out with a new battery and piece of mind. Robert is a great addition to the staff, he explained everything needed and provided excellent service. my disappointment is i had been in before and Chris Rogers failed to suggest or look for the issue i brought to his attention.
