All went well and seemed to be efficient, especially for a Saturday morning.One suggestion: When one has to spend hours waiting on a service visit (with recall) and, I think, my 4th in less than two years and not even on an ID4, maybe considering throwing in a shirt or tchotchke. Spending hours and hours in the dealership waiting on a recall, walking around all of the branded merch, makes me unlikely to drop cash on that stuff. However, in this case free advertising seems like a reasonable expense.Overall, this went well. Thanks.

We are from out of state visiting our daughter and on the drive down our tire pressure warning came on and also that we would need an oil change in 500 miles. We were able to bring the car in the day after we arrived and all was promptly taken care of which made our drive back home safe and secure. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
