No pressure. The worst part of car shopping is being descended upon by desperate salesmen. This did not happen at Nalley VW. Like a lot of customers these days we were well researched and informed. We knew which car we wanted to see and Tom (our sales rep) was quick and efficient in everything he did. No bluster or b.s., just got down to business with enough courtesy and conversation to keep the process moving. The car we looked at turned out to be in the condition that was described. The purchase went smoothly and we got a fair deal at a fair price. A painless comfortable process. Wish I had found Nalley before wasting my time at other junk car lots. BTW the amenities and waiting areas while the financing and transaction moves along are very nice. Big screen TV's, complimentary Starbucks machine, phone charging station and comfortable seating. No more feeling like I'm in the principal's office while we wait for paperwork to move along.
