Everything they did was in a high priority manor and they were very sincere and kind. I also respect them because they didn't try to boost up any additional services need much like my OLD Mercedes Dealership. I will be bringing my Beetle back, Thanks guys, I respect that honesty.

In 2014 I purchased a car from Nalley Volkswagen. In December 2018 due to unforeseen circumstances my car was totaled in an accident. When the insurance adjuster stated that my car maybe a total loss I started looking on Nalley Volkswagen for my replacement. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of purchasing my second vechile from Nalley Volkswagen.

Oil pressure low alarm on my passart 2017. Called VW road side assistance but took a while for the tow company to arrive.called them at 6.30pm, the towing company arrived at 10.30pm. Towed the car to Nelly VW Mansell road, called them in the morning 7.45am to follow up. They called me around 11am and said the alarm was due to low oil level. .6 quarters added and they reset the alarm. VW service depart were prompt and provided a good service. This time they washed my car too.

We knew before we got there, what car we wanted to look at. At arrival we were shown the car, discussed the purchase and concluded the sale. Both salesman and business manager were respectful and not pushy. Start to finish time was two hours.
