Facility is great. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. My only suggestion would be to give customers some idea of estimated/anticipated waiting time. I waited about two hours, never having received any updates or estimates.

Quick and efficient

We loved our car searching and then car buying experience at Nalley VW. Our salesmen (Jerry and Sergie) didn’t pressure us at all, were absolutely welcoming to our four children, and Damien stayed the extra mile for us to be able to purchase the last vehicle of 2018 at their location. Our vehicle was detailed beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend the team at Nalley VW!
