Yasir was GREAT!!! Both times I visited, he was always the first one to greet me and help me out! He was extremely positive and made me feel valued. If it weren’t for him- I probably would not have purchased the vehicle. How I’m treated when I enter a dealership is a reflective prediction of the type of experience I will have. I had the most amazing experience with this place! They where very fast with the process and such a friendly staff. Had a great experience. Took my car to a previous dealership and was told damages were going to cost me $3,000. Took my car here and they discovered that what the other dealership said was wrong with my car was false. Even though they found some other things wrong with my car that totaled to the exact same price....I was thankful that I didn't pay for something I didn't need.

Sylvia was great. We have spoken to her about purchasing a VW Atlas for more than a year. She has always provided us with useful information. She never oversold. She allowed the VW product to sell itself. We are so appreciative to the way she kept us informed. When we were ready to purchase, due to the need for a third row as my wife is pregnant with our third child, we both thought to call Sylvia immediately. She made herself available within hours and we purchased a new 2019 VW Atlas. Thanks for your service Sylvia and the entire Nalley VW team. This is our second VW purchase since moving to Alpharetta in 2012.
