5-Star... no, let’s bump that up... 6-Star experience dealing with Nalley VW service department, Chis Rogers (svc advr). My 7th regular service maint visit and all i can advise is consistently excellent service, knowledgeable stsff, a pure pleasure to do business with. Hopefully you’ll have same experience!!

Overall the experience was excellent. I was constantly updated on the work progress. The waiting areas were clean and comfortable. However one minor thing left me a little sour. I had made a request to have someone install windshield wipers which I left in the car, but that did not happen. Although I made the request twice, once at the front counter and once again when one of the reps came by to update me on the work progress.. Thank you !

the experience was excellent - Eddie was great to work with and the car was ready faster than promised - hope not to be back, need to recover from a $1200 fix, but will come back when needed - thank you!!
