I actually look forward to every service on my Bentleys. It is like a family reunion; we catch up with each other on the vehicles use and whereabouts. I learn of "illnesses" to the vehicles and experience their "rehab". Every staff member is "family". It is a pleasure.

Eddie was great! I received friendly service while I waited for recall repairs. I wish Salesmen would leave me alone when I say I'm waiting for service. Will probably never buy VW/Audi again because of recalls and how they were handled by Corporate.

Overall, we got a great deal on our car and the lady was very understanding and reasonable. The only thing is that we didn't receive an extra $200 off that we were promised on the phone before arriving to seal the deal. That is my only complaint.
