Friendly and professional service. Used to drive all the way to a VW dealer near the Mall of GA for service because of the terrible experiences at the Nalley VW location on Mansell. It was sometimes an additional 20-30 minutes because of traffic over the ride to your location... but I chose to. Decided to give your location one more shot and it was better. Still crazy prices and rarely under $1500 any time I go... but at least the people are friendlier and great to work with now.

The salesman Peter Habib and also the manager Negus are very welcoming and makes you feel like you are a part of a family with Volkswagen. The entire experience was warm even though the day was cold. They took time to address all my needs and also gave me an at home feeling at the dealership. Everyone that walked passed me every sales man greeted and also took note of my purchase and gave me the confidence about my purchase. It was an awesome experience and I will always look forward to visiting the dealership even to buy more vw gear.

Service was great. I was able to drop off my car and they had it ready in a few hours. Even offered shuttle to take me home and pick me up. Have been pleased with service at Nalley’s of Alpharetta.
