Set appointment for an oil change, was met by Eddie Lee promptly at 8:15, he assured me my appointment was made and although it was raining, offered to wash the car, I told him not to worry about, its garaged and does get washed when dirty. In addition I asked him to have the rear wiper replaced, I've noticed it streaking the glass. I found the waiting room, with large TV, I brought my own magazine, to pass the time. It was about 9:40 when Mr. Lee found me and invited to his desk. Without asking they changed the air filter, and recommended a 4 wheel alignment as one tire was cupping. Not sure if the air filter needed changing, the had just turned to 15 K. In all service was as expected with the exception of paying $30+ for a cabin air filter.

I totaled the first car I ever bought myself and didn’t think I would find a car I liked that much again. My mom surprised me by pulling into Nalley. I had always wanted a Volkswagen but didn’t think it would ever happen. Peter H. Helped us out. He was amazing. We told him our budget and he helped us with numbers. We ended up spending more than we planned to but I seriously love the car more than I thought I would. You get what you pay for basically. I did get an amazing deal on the car, however, thanks to Peter. He did the best he could to get me what I wanted for the best price. He even went above and beyond getting me what I wanted. He was also really friendly and easy to talk to. He wasn’t overly pushy and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. Thank you Nalley VW!
