I had a pleasant experience at Nalley VW. The staff was friendly and made sure I got the car I wanted. Each time I come back they are attentative to me and never make me feel unwelcomed or as an inconvenience even though I never forewarn them when I am coming into the dealership.

Eddy Lee responded to our needs very well. He is an excellent service representative. However the wheels still have not been completely, accurately balanced and we will be returning soon for that correction. Mr. Lee is patient, extremely personable and clear with his answers to all questions we posed to him.
