The battery in my 2015 Jetta died Friday, I called and got an appt for the very next day to replace battery and perform the emissions recall software update. John Campbell is a top-notch customer service rep. He’s personable, professional and takes the time to listen to the customer, connect with the customer and impart trust and competence. It was a three hour visit to perform relatively simple repairs but the waiting room was comfortable and I hadn’t had breakfast, so the snacks and coffee were very appreciated. I couldn’t have made the 3 hour wait without them. If you could schedule fewer customers so the wait would be shorter, that would have made it a perfect visit. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Nalley VW to my friends and family.

I use to have my car serviced at Jim Ellis but my son started working for Nalley so I switched to Nalley for the discount. My son no longer works for Nalley but I will stick with you guys because, although Jim Ellis is much closer, the Nalley team is nicer. I love your service guys they give excellent customer service and they are funny.
