Needed oil change. Replacement of all four tires was recommended, as I knew 2 tires were in need but opted to replace all four. Was told my battery was not 100%, but that they were not in stock currently for my vehicle. It was explained that it could go at any time, so that I might considering coming back for replacement soon.

Service team was busy and was going to take a few days to be able to diagnose our oil leak. A few hours after we dropped the car off they called us with good news. They were able to do a quick check and found a minor problem that they were able to fix and get our car back to us on the same day. Thanks to Anthony and the technician for making this happen.

I am always treated with respect and kindness and made to feel a shamed because my Volkswagen is not new and needs work. They always make me feel at home.
