Brian was very helpful with assisting my husband and I on our purchasing our daughter’s first car. He followed up and called the next day to see how she was enjoying it which I thought was very thoughtful of him.The only reason I gave it a 4-star instead of 5 is because the windshield motor sounds like it’s going out. When my daughter turned it on, the loud sound of it was almost intolerable. Other than that..great car so far!

chad was very nice and helpful. sadly i can't come to nalley for anything more than basic service oil change, tire rotation, new tires because for the past several years the wait times for services like diagnostic tests are limited, and there are no loaner cars. i can't afford to pay for a rental and then just have my car sit at the dealership for days. other VW dealerships aren't like that so i have to go there for more major work. in the future i probably won't buy a VW because of the service issues and where i live vs where the dealerships are located.

Backlog is long and appointment is just to check in vehicle to leave on lot for days before service starts.
