I had an exceptional experience. The rep who took care of me had great customer service. My service was done in a timely manner. My customer service rep was so kind and understanding made sure I got what I needed for my car and got out of there quickly. I am very grateful.

Great except I have not received my license plates, and I am driving with expired temporary tags....I drove from Clemmons, NC to buy the car.

Andrew Krum once again went above and beyond to make my visit special. Not only did he personally drive my vehicle to the front he took me to top the gas tank off before I traveled home!

Jerry was great. We were there late in the day and everyone stayed and helped us get the purchase done and teach us about the car.

Always a good experience purchasing a car at Nalley VW. Have worked with Jerry 3 times prior but worked with Andrew this time and he was great!The only downside was the 45 min wait for financing. This is the second time we've had that experience waiting for financing - wish there was a faster, easier process for paying in full with cash/check.
