Experience was with the Service Department. I was notified the car was ready for pick up. But when I arrived I was told I had to wait for my Service Advisor to return from lunch. Then I was told that my car was not ready for pick up (despite getting a text message saying that it was ready). I would suggest that backup Service Advisors be able to help customers who are picking up their vehicles.

Amazing service as soon as I walk through the door. Notified throughout the service process via text to stay updated on progress, drive a hour for this service, I’ll always be back.

It was a good experience, I got treated very well by the staff and also by Silvia. I got the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted and withe everything I wanted so I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
