My experience is a multiple part kind of experience. The vehicle I purchased was used but was promised the tires, brakes and door would be fixed. The door took over 3 weeks to be fixed and still doesn’t function properly. The tires, two had screws, where one had a gummy plug and the tire shop said they couldn’t fix nd I had to replace and the other the tire shop repaired on top of I had to buy a new tire sensor. I was told this would be fix at Volkswagen. I am now at Kia to get the door repaired. I have sense had to cancel 3 out of town trips because of this and my daughter is in college as a freshman and this is her car!!!!!!
