It's one of the many reasons I return to VW for a new vehicle. This visit was for a travel safety check, realignment and an engine air filter. They worked fast to get me back on the road quickly. I also never feel overcharged. The prices for services are fair and reasonable. And, of course, while waiting, I can sit back enjoying a cup of Starbucks coffee and work on my laptop until they text that my car if ready.
