I was in on Tuesday to get my sunglasses holder repaired and Richard was my advisor. I’ve had Richard a couple of times in the past and meant to leave a review but life got busy! Anyhow, Richard has always been extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. I feel like I can always trust that he is going to give me straight answers and advice without pressuring me, which is something I truly value and look for when it comes to servicing my car. He is a value to the service department and one of the reasons I’ve continued to come to Nalley.

Just one day after picking up a brand new Taos 2024 from the dealership, we started to get the low air pressure light in the dashboard. I contacted the dealership and got an appointment to troubleshoot the problem. Chad, the services rep who was assigned to my case was very polite and professional, and even though the problem turned out to be a puncture, he took the steps to get the tire replaced at no cost to me, something that I really appreciated. Thank you very much Chad!
