Despite having their systems down due to a major nationwide issue, they were very attentive and able to recover with multiple paper-based forms and printouts. Everyone was very friendly and professional. After the sale, they went the extra mile to replace tires, complete an all-points inspection for certification, offer a very long warranty (some free and another for a fee), and fix a dent on this used car.

Everything was explained and taken care of in a timely manner.
