Great process from looking at different models to buying the one we decided on.

My service advisor (Robert) introduced me to a sales manager (Roby), who was incredibly helpful in connecting me to a team member (Myshia) when I came in the next day. When I came in, I was immediately greeted by Brian, who -- with Myshia -- worked with me to understand what I was looking for. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.I felt the price offered for my trade-in was fair based on comps I had previously done on the car. I do wish there had been slightly more explanation as to the trade-in value, but I had done a lot of comps on the car so was not overly surprised by what was offered.The process was very efficient from start to finish, and the final manager I worked with (Aaron) was incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining all of the documentation and pricing.
