The service was for a 10K service on our 2023 VW GTI. The service visit was easy to set up with Chad, our service adviser, and was extremely well done, down to the torque values of the wheel bolts after the tire rotation. We live 105 miles from the dealership, and it was worth the drive to have everything done correctly.

I was given a longer timeline for my car's service than expected, but you all were able to run a diagnostic test much sooner to fix the problem. I appreciate you all have a loaner car available as well.One thing to note, when I called the phone number to the shop the employee I talked to gave me an estimate of about 1 day to run a diagnostic test. However, when I arrived, the estimate was one week.

Perfect and easy. Chad is awesome. Wish they still had shuttle rides to my job so service could be done while I work. Far and long for an oil change though. No biggie but floor mat drivers side was place in trunk not sure why and fingers prints all around door drivers side. Chad took care of immediately.

Dave and Stasha did an awesome job making it super easy to buy another car with them. I will be back for another.
