Tom has been so helpful in getting us the cars we need every time in a very timely and low stress manner. He communicates with us even after the transaction with any questions we may have.

For my first car buying experience it went pretty well. Sergiy was very patient and allowed me time to get the car inspected, and was very helpful throughout the whole process.

I needed a new battery. My service advisor, Robert Grimes, was able to get me in right away, and 45 minutes later, I had a new battery and was on my way out the door! Everyone was very professional and helpful.

It took a long time, but they diagnosed it correctly and got the job done in one day. Very grateful I did not have to leave my vehicle.

No complaints regarding my service advisor Anthony. I do not like that despite making an appointment it takes several days to even get a technician to look at the car. In this case there was an oil leak that was caused by improper placement of the oil cap at the previous oil change which was done by Nalley. You did comp the oil replacement, but we question whether that issue caused the turbocharger bypass valve.

Nice, knowledgeable and the wait was comfortable.
