I arrived. I met Tom he showed me the vehicle. We also went on a test drive. I looked around the vehicle so we went in and talked and settled on my price. The thing that I didn’t know is online it sent me back a message I missed it and I ended up paying $2000 more for the car than what was offered online, I will not visit Volkswagen again ever my future purchases will not be done with Volkswagen at Nelly when clearly your salesman should have known when he looked up that I was shopping online as well. If you’re that deceitful for a car that’s already about 14 years old doesn’t sit well with any gas but I should’ve known better. I should’ve checked my email but to be deceitful as they did to make another $2000 is unimaginable and I would not I would not give you any future business

It was a great experience from the customer service to the service on the car to the explanation of what is going to be done and how much the expected price will be and if there are any additions or changes, the opportunity to look at them and approve them. I could not recommend more!

As usual a very pleasant experience. Also, your snack section, coffee, etc.,not bad either!

Generally good.The dealers need to communicate to each other though. All inclusive quote means all inclusive but then the finance guy at the end asked me twice, first on the monthly payment and then on the down payment that I need to pay extra. Was not a fun experience to go thru.
