I started the purchase process over the phone. Once I got to the dealership, everything was ready. Andrew Krum was an exellent salesman.

I understand that company does have enough employees these days . My car came in on a Tuesday and I did not get my car looked at until that Saturday. And it took another four day for it to get worked on . But other then that it was great visit.

Multiple services were performed and the person who handled my service was respectful and kind. The only issue I have is there was some issue saying defective on dashboard and I would have to make another appointment to find out what the problem is. I think if you are aware, you should ask at appointment if I want you to go ahead and look at it, not request I make another appointment to look at it. I give the attendant and work done five stars, but I give VW policy of handling that 4 stars.

Robert was great. He let us know an appropriate expected time of completion and was able to stick to it. Also very personable would recommend him.
