I drive an hour to this dealership for the premium care of my car. I’m always pleased with the service and my car is always well cared for! Keep up the amazing work!

My service manager Robert was great, however on the back end I did not have the best experience. When I called I received 2 different ways to go about getting a new key, and when I got to the dealership neither of the options I had been given were correct. I then ordered 2 keys, only one came in to then be told the other key was on back order and I could not be told when it would come in but I had to pay for it and I was not able to cancel the order. When I called to check the status I was told it was going to take an extra week (it did not). Then once I received my car my battery was dead. I was told my car had been fully serviced and everything looked great on my car. Then I was charged for the battery which was under warranty. If I had not asked 3 times to check my warranty I would have been charged for the battery. I love my car but after such a disappointing experience I am really contemplating getting another voltswagon after my lease ends, which was not even a question until now (this being the 3rd car we have leased from the dealership). Robert checked in every day and made sure to keep me updated on what was going on. He was really the only reason we didn’t go straight to management with the issues we experienced.

My car was available late morning the same day, I was notified via text. It was also recommended that I replace the spark plugs and get a wheel alignment which I did.

How does your appointment times work? I made a 7:00 am appointment for an Oil Change and didn't leave until around 9:45 am. It should take this long to do an Oil Change if I am the 1st appointment of the day.The people are great but something needs to be done about this.
