Robert delivered on expediting me through service on my 30K service with precise time frames and accomplishing just that. He also took care of a second appointment to get my seat cover replaced that my previous service technician at this location failed twice on and also wasted a lot of my time. My service advisor Robert Grimes kept informed as to the status of my vehicle the entire time it was being serviced. As expected, the parts and service were expensive, but my 2009 Jetta is performing noticeably better in all the areas the car was worked on.

Excellent service as always

My tire pressure light came on and the dashboard computer said my rear right tire has low pressure. I used my airmoto to check it and it was normal. The light would not go off. So after 4 days of the light remaining on I called the deal ship and asked for the service team to check the pressure. They made an appt for me with the hour. They checked and I had a screw stuck in the tire and it was slowly leaking. They said it was good I came in because otherwise it could have blown the tire. They repaired it, washed my car, and sent me on my way!! Such great service!! Thanks Chad at Nalley VW in Alpharetta GA!!
