My battery died unexpectedly, it was very good that Nalley was able to take my Tiguan and get me on the road again. My service advisor was professional, and I appreciated he took my coupon. It took a bit longer than expected , but I realize I didn’t have an appointment, so that’s not surprising. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks to Nalley VW

I developed a moisture problem inside my 2019 Tiguan & brought vehicle in on 0l-19-24 for issue to be addressed. Was told it could be 3 or 4 weeks as two other vehicles were ahead of mine but was given a loaner vehicle which was most appreciated. I received the text message where I could check on status of vehicle. As I expected my vehicle to be at Nalley for an extended period of time, I didn't ,bother to check on status except of a couple of times & saw my vehicle was being inspected. I did learn from a phone conversation with Robert Grimes that my vehicle had been inspected & a part ordered. So on 02-03-24 I was very pleasantly surprised to receive Robert's text my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked it up early in afternoon, & Robert described to me the repairs that were made because of moisture issue. Because I hadn't seen any moisture in vehicle prior to morning I discovered frost on inside of windshield, I was very surprised at what was discovered when the inside was taken apart. I'm impressed about how much work went into addressing this moisture issue. As far as I can tell the service technician who performed work did a thorough job especially in putting inside back together (a big concern of mine).Unfortunately I had a bad fall shortly after I left with my vehicle. I tripped walking back to my car after getting a sandwich. I dislocated my right elbow plus have a chip fracture near elbow. So I drove it for about 10 minutes :( And now I can't drive but hope to soon. So thank you to Robert & Service Technician for all they did to make this repair relatively easy for me. Just hoping I do not have this issue again!!!
