Everything was done as expected and in timeframe that was communicated. No complaints.

Robert is our service advisor and always does a fantastic job when either my kids or I come in with our cars. Always courteous, prompt and takes time to explain next steps. Highly recommend!

I came in to see a used car - non VW. I came in the dealership and no one cared that I was standing for more than 10 minutes, even the receptionist was very un-professional. Sergiy saw me from far away and came right away, apologizing for the wait. He was very professional and helpful, and specially not pushy on doing business, which I was thankful for. Kudos to Segiy.

Other than the check-in experience it was great. You have other members who were not helping customers while there is one or two people in front of me waiting for Robert. Not his fault but this doesn’t seem like an efficient way to keep people moving and reduce wait times for check-in.would have received stars otherwise, Robert was great.
