Positive experience overall. I brought my car in for my 40K mile service and to have the fuel door actuator replaced. All of the parts were in stock and I was able to get in and out on a Saturday morning without having to spend all day there

Richard, as always, was fantastic: friendly, detailed, and highly communicative. One thing I, unfortunately, did not observe until I got home was the wheel lug covers on all 4 of my wheels were not replaced by the tech after my service.
