Went to have 50000 service on my 2020 passat Anthony in service did a great job. While I was waiting Brian O’ Conner in sales spoke with us and we test drive a 2024 Tiguan my wife loved it so we traded and took home a new Tiguan. His product knowledge and professionalism is what made the sale.
