We really liked our salesman, Tom, and appreciated his research into helping us under stand the questions about the barely used Toyota that we had come to see. Unfortunately a managers meeting delayed the contract and purchase. Otherwise it would have been a seamless purchase.

I bought a new 2023 Jetta and have a problem with the back door shutting properly. VW had to order part. Don’t know when it will arrive. New car and a problem already. Not 100 per cent happy but had great service from Robert Grimes.
