The person assisting me is fine. But the vehicle is terrible. I had my Taos for a year and a half and about five months it was in the shop. Still has unfinished business on it waiting for parts. I told it last week and I am not inclined to buy another VW again.

I have to admit it was really frustrating that the manager originally wanted a large amount of money down when we had a leased vehicle with low mileage.
