Andrew Krum was great during the purchase and after - there were some issues (car got sideswiped while being transported for out of town dealer) and we asked for a different car and he helped that happen. He clearly knows how to adapt sales pitches to the individuals involved, and I did not feel coerced or talked down to; I thought he did great. The person who did all the paperwork wasn't quite as good at "reading the room" - conversations were not as pleasing and more centered on him versus us, and he was a bit assertive on the sales pitch for the warranties, etc., but he got the job done. The car itself has a couple of little things I am watching (rattle from the sunroof and connectivity to the Infotainment console, but I will bring it in to have those addressed shortly.
