My experience was good. The service department did a great great communicating with me.

The service reps were great. They dealt with the situation of staff illness very well. I was disappointed that my service couldn’t be started until my rep was back. It didn’t really make sense to me and I don’t think they had enough time to explain it thoroughly since they’re were only two of them. They were very professional. I’m hoping to get my car back soon.

overall excellent experience I tried to get the number out the door that I wanted first attempt Alex went straight to the manager tried his best but could not get through numbers wise, after proposing my damaged trade-in Alex and the manager made it happen. Got me the number that I needed out the door by the third negotiation attempt. Already had intentions of buying my Taos but his thoroughness and clarity as far as car specs & post ownership perks was confirmation. Came with my own check as well they did not try any schemes or tactics to get me to finance through them either. Thank you NALLEY VW for an excellent new car shopping experience
