Jerry Mccoy was my salesman at Nalley VW. He was a real class act! My whole family was present for our purchase, and they loved him. Jerry was funny and we felt like he genuinely just wanted us to get the car we wanted. When trying to close the deal on a used car, I felt like the GM (John) had an abruptness and rigidity that I didn't care much for. I mean, I bought the car so I guess that's a win, but I probably wouldn't send family or friends to this dealership if there is negotiation involved. I could elaborate further, but I digress. The dealership itself was nice and the finance process was good as well. I'd give the dealership 4 stars for facility, sales, finance.

My experience was great! When I arrived, I was told it would take 1-2 hours to complete the work as the service center was quite busy due to the upcoming holiday. About 15 minutes later, I was told that my car was complete, and I was all set as the job was a quick one to replace my vanity lights. Great experience!
