Sylvia and Brian were great. Sylvia and I interacted several times by phone and text before I went to the dealership, and she was very responsive and willing to provide me all the info I requested before coming in for a test drive. When we arrived, Sylvia had the three cars we were looking at lined up for us to see and pick our color choices. From there, the test drive and contract discussion was smooth.

I took my car to the service department thinking I needed new rear brake pads. But the mechanic and service representative had advised me that I did not need to change my rear brake pads until months later. I appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service.

My rep, Robert, was great, as usual! He is very professional, personable and on top of everything I need for my car. Once the work is completed, he double checks it himself to make sure it's ready before I leave the dealership. It's hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere else.
