Tom was wonderful. He gave me a detailed introduction of the car and very helpful and patient during the whole process. He was very responsive with all my questions and concerns. The sales team was nice too. I’m happy to get my car from this place.

A little slow. I think a new finance person may have been the only one on duty on Friday.Interesting that I walked the lot and then had to find a sales person in an office and ask for help.Approximately 5 hrs from when I drove in to drive out.I was a repeat customer.

My car stopped moving so I called the insurance company to tow my car to VW. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they check my car and replaced the battery quickly so that I was able to pick my kids up from school. Thank you so much.

It was smooth and quick from the first contact. My rep was awesome.

Emissions Check. Service went well, however, my steering wheel and seat were so drastically adjusted, that I had to spend considerable time readjusting before I could drive my car. The steering wheel telescoping was all the way down, vs. my need for full extension. The seat was also greatly adjusted.IF a person is assigned to drive a car, and realizes they will need to make major adjustments, then someone else should have been asked to operate the vehicle. Nalley has been excellent each time I have needed service. This instance was just frustrating and could have been easily prevented.
