I was well taken care of during this visit. Not only was the work on my car performed in a timely matter, but, Nelofar Kohistani kept me informed at each step. And while waiting for my car, she personally checked on me. My experience at Nalley was made better by her service.

Good experience overall. I went in for an oil change, and the staff was very friendly. When I checked my car in, the service team let me know upfront how long it would take, which I appreciated even though I expected to be there for a while. They also offered free soft drinks and popcorn, which I thought was a nice touch something other dealerships, especially Volkswagen dealerships, don’t usually do.

My service advisor was awesome. He couldn't have been a nicer or more helpful.. I'm really happy with the service I received from him. The only challenge I had and it may have just been the day that I was there, but I only needed an oil change and it took nearly 3 hours before it was completed. I know everyone's busy, but I typically don't have three hours for an oil change. Other than that, I am very happy with the service I received.

I didn’t stay at the dealership and was dropped off before closing to pick up, but the drop off process was easy and smooth, and Asif dealt with my concerns regarding the start/stop error and the hood bonnet sound insulation replacing under warranty. Smooth process. I did get a low tire pressure light the day after, so maybe not enough air was added to compensate for the temp drop/colder weather, but VW in Kennesaw took care of it and no issues since then. Thank you.
