My service advisor was awesome. He couldn't have been a nicer or more helpful.. I'm really happy with the service I received from him. The only challenge I had and it may have just been the day that I was there, but I only needed an oil change and it took nearly 3 hours before it was completed. I know everyone's busy, but I typically don't have three hours for an oil change. Other than that, I am very happy with the service I received.

I didn’t stay at the dealership and was dropped off before closing to pick up, but the drop off process was easy and smooth, and Asif dealt with my concerns regarding the start/stop error and the hood bonnet sound insulation replacing under warranty. Smooth process. I did get a low tire pressure light the day after, so maybe not enough air was added to compensate for the temp drop/colder weather, but VW in Kennesaw took care of it and no issues since then. Thank you.

You all said you give loaner vehicles if someone has an engine problem. I had a leak from the engine area and I was told that there was no loaner for a month……I’ve never dealt with a dealership with no loaner vehicle.

Check engine lite came on again so have to bring it back in again. Not to happy after spending $2000 for repairs. Service Advisor is very nice so not her fault.
